Good Day,

 

I have noticed that when Connecting to the Admin Console it throws me a bunch of errors and it displays this “Unable to load the data from server.”

 

Also when trying to access he Console it gives me this web page “HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.”

 

All services are started and i have rebooted the server aswell.

 

 

 

 

Hi Juan,

This looks like an update-level issue - where there is a mismatch between the webserver and Command Center modules. Can you try to install updates on the Webserver and Command Center? (could be on separate machines but not necessarily).

I still have the same issue after updating the software.

 

What i can see is everything that is using http is having the issue how to i go about changing everything to use https instead?

I have now resolved the issue by doing this step actually now all is working.

 

netstat -anob > C:\temp\netstat.txt showed Tomcat was not using Port 80.
Found Branch Cache running.
Disabled Branch Cache.
Stopped Tomcat and reset IIS.
Webconsole and Command Center now showing data.
