Does a openstack vm with some external NFS mount can be backed up using while taking vm backup.

You should be able to backup Openstack with an external NFS mounts.

No exactly answered my question.
My openstack vm is having NFS mount. Can I backup this NFS share attached to VM directly from the hypervisor using vm snapshot. or do I need to install agent on VM to backup this external NFS mount
