During my attempt to access the Commvault Partner university site, I ran into an error while logging in.

Community - For any further University access issues, partner users please email TechEnablement@commvault.com. For end customers, you should contact Registrar@commvault.com helpdesk.

Is this the correct link for the partner university:
https://commvault.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=defaultclp

If yes, I believe that's the main problem because they initially invited me to create an account on it first.

However, after that, they granted me access to the Partner Advantage portal. I suspect there might be a mismatch in the Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Please note that I'm using the same credentials

Dear Chris,

I am using same link and using Partner University link from the partner portal. for both options I am getting SSO Error link.

As a work around, I used link https://commvault.csod.com and reset my password, and after that I am able to login into partner university. But the above link and partner university link from the partner portal still throwing SSO error link.

After reset, still facing same SSO Error.
