Azure App for multiple Azure subscription

We already created Azure app for Azure VM agentless backup in one subscription, plan to create additional 10  subscription for business purpose, plan to backup about 100 Azure VM in each  subscription, totally will increase 1000 servers backup demand.

Shall we use current Azure app to cover all 11 Azure subscription backup demand? or better to create Azure app for each subscription?

@xiwen , Microsoft will throttle you on the Azure side per Azure App, so I would definitely create multiple Apps to spread across the load, assuming the subscription backups will run simultaneosuly.
