hello everyone ,i have old full failed job Error cord 19:857 error opening virtual machine , i check readiness client and permission all fine , did i miss so thing ?sorry about my English BTW

I would suggest checking the vsbkp.log (and possibly VixDiskLib.log) on the VSA Proxy performing the VM Backup here.

We’ll need to check for the error encountered of this Job ID in order to gain insight into what failed and potential causes.
