Dear All,

 

Due to an urgent requirement, we restored the Hyper-V VMs ULCSLINVDBP1 and ULSLCINVAPP1 to another  hyper v host(EH07HYP host). Both restorations were successful. But ULSLCINVDBP1 was accessible and ULSLCINVAPP1 was not accessible.

What could be reason for this kind of situation,

Is it because of any faulty in backup? 

Commvault backs  up the VM as it is at the time of the backup, the backup would not cause accessibility issues.   Can you give a bit more details such as what error you are seeing when trying to access the VM?
