I have a case about backing up and Restoring the emojis we use in the Microsoft teams chats. The documantation states that it is possible but as far as i know, i can only restore video, sound, images, gifs, stickers and also emojis that is on the phone keyboard, which is accesible on mobile  - not the ones that are on the microsoft teams interface-

It is visible to see that commvault has received the message data that has the emoji but i cannot see it. It is only a blank message blob.
