Failed to start CVNRDS Process on host xxx during restore on FS agent

Hello,

I’ve tried to restore files from NDMP to File System agent and I’ve get this error from the nasRestore.log of the Media Agent:

3249947 319739 01/18 11:01:36 1369119 kickOffRemoteServer() - Unable to start remote data server process on host [host xxx*host xxx*8400*8402]. Connection error [18446744071562527494=+]
3249947 319739 01/18 11:01:36 1369119 NasRestore::OnMsgCloseArchive() - Failed to start CVNRDS process on host [host xxx].

When searching into the client, I didn’t find the CVNRDS executable and process active on the server. I’m sure this process is not part of the FS agent or something is missing from our configuration here.

I’ve looked into Commvault documentation and didn’t see any information.

Do you have any idea how I can solve this issue?
