Commvault v10 has been deprecated for year. As far as I know its documentation is no longer available I am afraid.

You must check the version supported by the comvault v10 version.
- msql DB backup minimum maximum version
- Minimum maximum version of Windows file system backup
- Minimum maximum version of Linux file system backup
You would need to upgrade to V11:
