Hello Commvault Community,

I have a question for you regarding 1-Touch Single Stage DVD support for SuSE 12.5.

In the article of Commvault documentation below I see that it is not there but in the second article which refers to the standard 1-touch, support for SuSE 12.5 is available. Is this intentional, or is it simply missing from the list of supported versions for Single Stage DVD by mistake?

This is interesting for me, because when we did 1-touch operations with DVD for SuSE 12.5 it reboots immediately, and for other cases it works without problems, could it be a problem with unsupported version of SuSE 12.5?

Thanks,

Kamil

Hi @Kamil

For 1-touch Linux the versions that are not listed under system requirements are not certified.

Backup / restore may still work on those versions however it officially not certified.

Please open a support incident with the following information in case if you are looking for support for a specific versions.

OS version with SP level & glibc versions along with the Commvault versions.

Regards,

Gowri Shankar
