Hi,

Someone has the same problemn on 11.24

it’s working now. After a couple of hours (it was just after an upgrade) it just started to work.

    @Bart , did you just upgrade to 11.24 and they all vanished?  Any chance the reporting server is not upgraded but the CS is?

    I have not seen this issue, though some context might help.

      I had the same issue some time ago. It was on my fresh 11.24 install, but it went away after installing MR21 if I remember correctly.

      Which MR do you have in place @Bart? Already tried a CTRL-F5?

        I see this issue sometimes. I don’t know the root cause for it but restarting Commvault MongoDb service fixes it for me. Ad blockers can also break that tile.
