admin password has expired

hello everyone , i have problem while admin password has expired and i don't have another user to sign on ,how can i solve it?

Strange that it expired without prompting to change it first.

I would recommend to involve the support ASAP, as mentionned in this thread for almost the same case : 

 Maybe it’s AD/LDAP account, or only Commvault built-in accounts, and it depends on multiple information that mostly Commvault Support would quickly clear out with you.

Hi @Mohamed Ramadan 

If this is the built-in Commcell admin account, the password wouldn’t expire as it’s an internal account for Commvault.

You have a couple of options:

  1. Login with another master level account and reset the admin password
  2. Commvault Support have a process to reset admin password, but you will need to raise a support case, as suggested by @Laurent
