After SLES 12 to 15 os upgrade, how to reconfigure CommVault client
as installation files gone by os upgrade.do i need to reinstall the client or any other way to recover commvault client configuration?

The Client is already configured at the Commcell Console level and should have the Linux/Unix Icon
You just need to right click on the Client > Add/Remove Software > Install Software:

We can’t install software by CommVault console as commserv server was not able to communicate with client after os migration. Because after migration all installation files of CommVault client gone.
Hence reinstalled cv client on server by downloading cv client software via cloud.commvault.com website. After that its working fine.
