This may be a case of the Mondays, but I cannot find the “Growth and Trends” report in my Commvault web console.

I am logged in as a CV admin. We are running 11.25.  The documentation here (https://documentation.commvault.com/11.25/essential/38609_viewing_growth_and_trends_report_on_web_console.html) says, from the Reports screen, click on “Growth and Trends”. I do not have that.

Private metrics reporting is enabled - I have many other reports, but of course not this one.

When I search on “growth”, I only get Media Management → Tape Media Growth and Trends.

Thanks.

is the webconsole and private metrics on the same host ?

you may see different reports - try clicking on the “webconsole icon” at the top of the JAVA GUI and view reports from there to see if it shows up.

Do you have “Activity” report present in the web console?

Do you see “Growth and Trends” in Command center or it’s missing there too?

Can you try accessing direct URL (below) and see what happens.

https://servername/webconsole/survey/reports/growthDashboard.jsp?

Along with some other great suggestions here, you might be able to see the reports on cloud.commvault.com (click dashboard > reports) and there is a growth and trends report there - if you need something urgently while you figure out why its missing.
