cannot access to command center

Hello

after an upgrade from 11.24 to 11.28 I cannot access to the command center , i tried to open the command center from chrome and edge

I tried to restart the server , also restart to the services of commvault

any ideas?

Hi Ariel,

I think you need to open a case for this with support, so they can dive into the issue here. From the screenshots it's hard to say why it is failing.

Hi @ariel_b ,

I would start by making sure the baseURL can be accessed via a WebBrowser.

If that is available, try to restart IIS in your WebServer, followed by restart of the Tomcat process within the CommandCenter server.

If it is still not working, the best options would be to raise a new case as advised by @Remi Sprangers so we can investigate the condition
