In case the requirement is to allow only specific users to access command center then you may need to move them all to new group and modify that specific user group permission.

Hi @Tyo  , Have you chosen the Command Center as the restricted console for the user group, and were you included in that group as well? If you have another admin/breakglass account that you can use to reset the settings

I assume you have configured the restrictions following the next documentation;

You will need to access the Command Center with a user that hasn’t been restricted access, likely “admin” or member of the “master” user group.

Then remove the restriction as per the above documentation.
