Hi,

The CommVault agent keeps disappearing from Windows 10. I have reinstalled it, but it still does not appear. It's not a VPN since it hasn't been blocked and this just happened. Yesterday, everything was working fine. 

Could you please let me know what caused the issue?

Which agent are you installing and when you say it’s disappearing - what are you seeing? Is the client that was installed removed from the Comcell Console? Or you do mean it’s disappearing from the OS?


I had CommCell V.11.24 installed previously, but it suddenly disappeared from my computer. It is not removed from the CommCell Console. 


Thanks for confirming. You’ll need to check with your Windows team to see if something is uninstalling it locally.

If the client is showing as intact from the Commcell console, then it’s not being removed/uninstalled from the CV side. 


It had to be reinstalled using the right version, and you should focus on all digits in the version that is compatible with your CVMaster server. issue is resolved
