All backup jobs seem to be stuck on waiting and dont seem to go any further and stay on waiting.

Usually the job will say in the details why it is waiting. It is most likely waiting for another job to complete or waiting for streams to become available. Do you see anything in the job details?

Thank you for reaching us out.!
Do we have only Active Directory Backup stuck and all other backups are running?
Can you send the log from any of the Job to review this?
+4other backup do try to run but they seem to get stuck at 76 % or dont run at all
but its all backups including transaction logs
+4due to the nature of our environment I can't send logs as they would need to be redacted.
