Commvault jobs stuck on waiting and do not move to running

Do we have only Active Directory Backup stuck and all other backups are running?

Can you send the log from any of the Job to review this?

other backup do try to run but they seem to get stuck at 76 % or dont run at all

but its all backups including transaction logs 

due to the nature of our environment I can't send logs as they would need to be redacted.

Usually the job will say in the details why it is waiting. It is most likely waiting for another job to complete or waiting for streams to become available. Do you see anything in the job details?
