our sso no longer works and the current local CommVault password is not known is there a way of getting into the CommCell to reset the ad sso connect password so that it can authenticate with AD.

e.g is there a way of resetting the AD password and account it uses to via command prompt or a way via the registry to get to connect to AD.

When you classify the case it will automatically route to the correct Team based on the classification selected.
