Why I can’t see when was the last day that the DDB was verified on?
Another question: why DDB name from the last Screenshot isn’t the same as “Storage Pool_11 [11]” ?

It may be possible that the java GUI is not updating properly. Can you try closing and re-opening the java GUI & if needed, try checking the GUI locally on the CommServe (if you are not already).
Regarding the name, it seems the name of the DDB Policy may have changed. You can check the Audit Trail report to see if the name was changed.

Collin, I think that I found the answer. Those properties are not properly updated when running a fast, incremental verification job.
