Hi All,

 

we are looking for an easy way to check, if a Hotfix provided from support is included in the upcoming MR Release.

In the past we could compare the numbers, but something changed and now the numbers doesn’t match anymore.

Currently we want to check if the v11SP24_Available_Diag3055-Hotfix already made it into the MR 16

But the Number doesn’t match anything from the
listed https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/assets/service_pack/updates/11_24_16.htm,

Anybody knows, who to translate the Diag-Patch Numbers?

Or do we have to create a Ticket with Support to get it checked?

I’m not sure customers have a way to correlate a Diag # with a HotFix #.
You could probably ask Support, or maybe the SE on your account team.

I checked the above Diag and the official HotFix has not been created yet.
Since there’s no official HotFix yet, it’s obviously not included in any MRs.

@ADN GMBH , you can always just start a thread here and I’ll look it up for you.  We can check the backend side and track it through for you.


Is there any updates on the hotfix?

Is it now part of an MR?
