Error Code: [30:325] , SQL backup completed with errors

Hi team,

I am facing issue with one of the sql client backup completing with errors,

Error Code: [30:325]
Description: Error encountered during backup. Error: [Server: The operation was cancelled because of locking conflicts. ]

 CSQLBackup::InitializeAndGetLockForParallelBackupSync(16476): -Warn--: The parallel backup-lock is [LOCKED] for the phase [Full] of database *****

Could someone help on this please?

Can you verify if there are any other backups running outside of Commvault against this DB backup?  I would also suggest that you please open up a  Commvault Support Case for further research.

As @Gil S  mentioned check for native backups. If you do not have access to SQL you can see them running in Windows Application log.

Also test a native backup on this database see if that can completes or returns the same error.
