Error Code: [68:175] Description: Failed to install File System Core Package, could not determine processor/OS type of client.

Commserv Version is 11.28, while doing the push installtion on windows 2012 and 2016 clients
but am getting the below error

Error Code: [68:175] Description: Failed to install File System Core Package, could not determine processor/OS type of client.

Please help on this

Hello @Prashant 

Install log indicated the push version is lower than installed version

7752  4     04/21 12:55:37 114 ### ### - Error: Setup detected that a newer version of this software is already installed on this computer. You cannot downgrade 11.28.48 to 11.28.0. Retry with latest maintenance release.

Please update the Remote Cache to at least version already installed or higher and retry.

If this does not work, please reboot the machine and retry the install the higer version.

    Hi @Prashant 

     

    Can you please share logs (install.log, CvInstallClient.log, AutoInstall.log, cvd.log) from Commserver machine?

     

    Is firewall enabled on Windows clients? If so, can you disable and retry?

    Thank you so much for your updates. we will look into again.

     

    # Concern currenlty we have 4 servers for POC. and we already installted on 2 servers but that is working fine wihtout any issue but am facing issue in these 2 server

    1 windows phyical server 2012 R2, we trying with FS agent

    1 Vm machine 2016, here we trying with the Mysql agent

     

    Kindly suggest on this .
