configured new My sql db backup on server but getting below :
Error Code: [87:48]
Description: Failed to contact MySQL Server. Please check that the given instance properties to contact MySQL server are valid and the database server is running and accepting connections.
Please suggest how to fix this issue.

Check if the DBA has changed the password also Please check the below steps and validate.
