I'm trying to install the agent in the virtual machine with debian 10 but it returns the following error when I do the command .\cvpgadd

See:

root@rai-tst-ligsmart-01:~/Simpana_10/Linux# ./cvpkgadd
Preparing and updating installer ...
Segmentation fault
*** Wrong version of ksh: /root/Simpana_10/Linux/linux-glibc2.3-x86_64/CVGxBase0/ksh.

This error generally occurs when you are trying to install agent on unsupported File system.

 

Could you please check is you are fulfilling the below requirements.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x
s390x 64-bit with 31-bit runtime libraries installed, s390 31-bit

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x
s390x 64-bit with 31-bit runtime libraries installed, s390 31-bit

I installed a new version of the commvault agent and it was successful
