Guys,
Sap TEAM is having trouble configuring MAXDb.
I installed the Client on the Server and sent the documentation to SAP Team.

But to run the bckup. The error is occurring as shown in the attached imagem.
Are the parameters correct?

through the GUI application you can manage the situation better.
The Medium is called “Commvault”.

I’m backup admin but I sped more time for configurare MaxDB (CLI and by WorkFlow).

Do you have the backup medium created as explained in https://documentation.commvault.com/11.26/expert/22205_configuring_multiple_streams_for_backups_and_restores.html?
You can check this by connecting using dbmcli and check for medium_getall. If it is not configured , please configure the medium using medium_put as mentioned in the documentation.

I tried to run backup through commvault,
The backup falied the following message:

in, out, err files may be created by previous backup attempt. Please remove them with below and retry backup.
rm /opt/commvault/SapMaxDbAgent/in
rm /opt/commvault/SapMaxDbAgent/out
rm /opt/commvault/SapMaxDbAgent/err
