Hello,

I try restore messages from Exchange backup and I see on log next messages:

I see  this error when I try restore over “create recovery point” and “recover messages from an offline database”.

 

All requirements for restoration have been satisfied.

It looks like log replay is failing for some reason.  It could be a missing log file, it could be an issue with esetuil itself.  If you still have the files from the restore you did for offline recovery, what happens if you open a cmd prompt in the destination directory and run the following:

 

eseutil /mh <dbname>

It looks like this might possibly be a connectivity issue somewhere.The Log line “JobManager replied with an error code of o3] in the acknowledgement message. eInvalid Token]” usually indicates a communication issue with the CommServe. If you right click the Job > View > Logs > For Job, do you see any other errors?
