I’m trying to archive Exchange mailbox but the job is “completed with error”

  • I can browse and recover
  • The messages still exist “As it has been backed up not archived”
  • Check readiness shows that I should add at least one system account “I already added 3 service accounts”
  • Archive & Archive index phases are completed 
  • Finalize phase is failed

Check the attachment file for the job logs

 

@Mostafa Amin , we have a few internal articles about this.  Some refer to escalating to development, though another shows an update in 11.22.28.

Can you confirm the version you are on?

@Mike Struening I’m using version 11.24.3


That’s an extremely old Maintenance Release (at least a year old).  I would suggest upgrading as the fix in 11.22.28 was likely not included in a pack so low in 11.24.
