I know 10 Laptop client is consuming the operating instance License.

Please tell me. existing client agent How to free the operating instance license from the client agent and how to apply Desktop & Laptop License in client agent without Uninstallation.

Hi @Rajinder PrasadUsually laptop license consumption is governed by the client OS.For example, if the client OS is Windows 10, then it should consume a desktop/laptop license, however, if it’s running Windows Server, then it will consume an OI license.Please would you confirm the OS for these clients?Thanks,Stuart
