Question:
I am not able to change the job results drive from H to G.
G:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\JobResults
The error i receive is
Do I have to add the full path Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\JobResults or can I just set the job results directory to G:\

solution was to reinstall the file system agent on on of the nodes

Please create a new folder under the root of the drive and attempt the setup again.
I changed it to G:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\JobResults_1 but still get the same error
Could you please try G:\CV_Results?
Also if you can upload the CV Job Results log, it could provide us additional details.
Could you please upload the set logs for the CS to the CCID and I will be able to review this and provide you next steps.
It seems the CS wasn’t able to stablish the communication to the end client as the unable to execute the move operation.
