+2Install software is failing on our side with the following error Error Code: [68:192] Description: Software Cache is empty or does not contain the packages required for client's operating system.
i tried download/copy software option and job is completed without errors but still facing the above same issue in the install software.

I’m assuming that you may be trying to install a Linux agent but the software cache lacks that install package.
