Once install the second media agent, then it is showing offline.
please guide us to make online or active.

Hello
The MediaAgent should report online in the GUI once the install is complete. There are no other steps you should have to take.
Some things you can check are:
- Check the properties of the MediaAgent and confirm its not disabled or marked offline for maintenance
- cvping ports 8400 & 8403 bidirectionally between the CommServe and MediaAgent
- Check CVD.log and CvFwd.log on the MediaAgent to see if there is any indication of why its reporting offline

Are there any firewalls or network restrictions in place between the CS and MediaAgent - you may need to configure a network route between them.
Also services restart or even server reboot to see if the condition clears
