I receive a failure when I want to change the location of DR backup from local drive to network share:

“failed to set [backup metadata folder] for DR backup with error [create directory failed ]”

what can be the solution for that ?

The library have all the permissions.

Kindly create new directory on network share and share the folder. Copy the location and use the same for DR destination and check.

Are you able to access the network share from the commserve itself using the same credentials?
