Hi,

 

In my environment 2 data center and centralized commcell, commserver data replication is happening every 15mints, yesterday network team done switch level upgradation in dc2, because of the  network activity,  DC2 disks library are  fluctuating,  and we are facing issue  Index restore jobs running more 12 hours. still index restore running, looking for suggestions.

I would like you to review the MediaAgent, “CVD”, “Index Server”, “LogManager” and “IndexState” logs.

Hello @Arun Kumar Dadi 

I suspect the index restores are taking so long because they cannot access the storage that it needs to restore the index. The above mentioned logs should tell you more but in addition, you can check clrestore as well.
