Except the workflow engine service, all the other services are disabled.

Hi @RandomCustomer ,

Could you please suggest how you are trying to perform the installation.

Locally or via push installation.

Few Things I would like to suggest here :

» can you perform local installation.

» can you create once “web’ folder inside the path “ Contentstore\log files and try the installation again.

HI @RandomCustomer ,

Services are disabled likely as the installation did not complete successfully.

Tomcall will require port 80 and 443, are those ports available in the server?

The best would be to open a new case with support, so we can have a look at the logs and understand why Tomcat failed to install

Hi All,

I was able to install commvault successfully but I cannot run commvault commands:

'commvault' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Do I need any other service to be started. Commvault GUI is working fine.

These are the services I see that are currently running.

Hi @RandomCustomer ,

“but I cannot run commvault commands”, could you give more details of what you are trying to achieve please?

Which commands are you trying to run?

Hello @RandomCustomer

I believe you are attempting to run commands like commvault status/simpana status on Windows machine? You can simply look out for Commvault process manager on Windows search bar > Services and you should be able to check each and every service status.  Commvault status/start/restart is something that we use in Linux platforms and for Windows, we have the Commvault process manager.

Best,

Rajiv Singal

@Rajiv Thank you. That is where I was confused.

Create “Web” folder inside \log files WORKS!
