Good afternoon.  Commvault does not have any tool which can test the NDMP authentication.   I would recommend reaching out to the vendor as quite often they have tools for this.

As Orazan said, you would need to speak to your vendor, for ex Dell is using ndmpsup.

Now I spoke to our Media Management Team, try re-apply credentials Under NAS client NDMP branch properties.
