Long term backup is not happening for oracle node

We have a oracle node where the long term retention (7 years) not happening. It was happening successfully till last year. 

The node is part of  long term copy policy. I have attached the screenshot for reference.

Note: We were getting multi channel warning message from this oracle backup from last few months however its resolved now.   

 

Any suggestion will be really helpful

Would you please check RETENTION POICY and DELTETION POLICY from RMAN configuration parameters ?
We may remove/refine them if there any any parameters configured from RMAN level.

Please also run Data Retention Forecast as can be seen from following BOL to see when data aging will occur with the reasons.
