We have file system backup to disk then to tape.

Recently when we want to restore some files, we found the history for extended retention is missing.

We have thousand of tape. How can we know our backup job is write to which tape?

By the way, I have logged case to CV support Case ID: 240715-148.

Support has help us run audit report, still cannot find any related history.

Hello @Kuws Are you looking the backup history from the default backup set level or archive set level? If you navigate to client computers > client > filesystem, is there an archive set present? 

What happens if you right click on the client itself and check if you can see the archived data in the backup history?

Hi @Kuws : Can you confirm if the copy has the extended retention setting correctly set? Can you also check if the job history can be viewed from the copy?
