I am backing up a Mongo database that is part of a replica set using bigdata agent and intelisnap. I have two nodes on site, and one node off site.
Can I set preferences for what nodes are used during the backup, currently it looks like all nodes are used.

The following goes over all the configuration and settings during the agent setup:

There are a couple of details around a key that can be used but it is all dependant on your DB setup and replica configuration.
Please go over this and advise if it allows you to set the configuration you are looking for and if not please expand further on your environment and I will help where i can.
Commvault Version, MongoDB version, How many replica’s and are they on different servers etc.
