I've recently started seeing the "too many concurrent connections" message, which I don't think I’ve seen before.. It seems to have begun popping up in the last couple of weeks. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there any known changes or new restrictions from Microsoft's side?

I have 5 azure apps and 10 streams on most of my Exchange backups.

Edit: Could it be because we provide the Exchange backup service to so many customers, that the MS365 service is noticing many connections from us, across tenants?

Hello @No special characters

Do you know if you are seeing this on group mailboxes?

Indeed, good sir, you are quite right. Upon closer examination, I failed to ascertain that detail. It appears there are no individual appellations on the list, but merely those of groups

Okay the KB is most likely the issue you are experiencing.

We are working on an update that will help work around the MSFT changes.

Can you share what version of CV you are running?

The main Commvault server and our media agents are on 11.28.68,
but the MS365 access nodes are on 11.28.89 with hotfix 5582

Got it thanks.

Let me check on the latest and see if there is new information on this..

If you can message me your Commcell ID if needed, we can open a ticket for tracking/sharing any hotfixes.

Thanks
