Hi,

I was migrating commserva to a new machine using CommServe Hardware Refresh: Setting Up the CommServe Database in the New Hardware.

What went wrong was the remnants of Commserve Life Sync

When I click Commserve Livesync, what is shown in the picture. I don't know for
very much like debugging it. I bet that some remnants of the previous one
configuration. I can't see anything in the logs.

Hi Kszaf,

You might need to re-install the failover packages on the instance002  for the production commserve and completely rebuilt the standby commserve

Reinstalling the Second Instance in the Production CommServe Host

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/essential/105897_reinstalling_second_instance_in_production_commserve_host.html

Reinstalling the Standby CommServe Host

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/essential/105965_reinstalling_standby_commserve_host.html

The standby CommServe host can be rebuilt if there is a failure, or to migrate to a new hardware

Thanks,
