Hi,

recently I have deleted VMware Virtual Machine which was backup by Commvault.

Today I have recevied report “no backup for last 7 days” for this client.

I have checked in the Schedule Policies and this client is not listed anymore in the defined policies.

Is there any other place where it should be removed or disabled?

Good afternoon.  Is the alert that  you are seeing for Index backups not happening for 7 days?

 


Alert is for VM which was removed in the VMware 7 days ago. So it is really not backuped. 

I do not know why Commvaut still "see" it.

Alert name is:

Alert: No backup for last 7 days Type: Job Management - Data Protection

After checking your question I have checked this Alert configuaration and

I have checked “Entities Selection” but this problematic machine is not displayed in the list.

 


So...does anyone know what should I do to stop sending this alert?
