OneTouh inplace restore failed

Hi All,

i am testing an inplace 1-touch restore but got blocked with an error. Could you please help me?

Tried Non-interactive method with response file and Interactive method.

It says that the client name is already exist but i cannot answer to the question to proceed.

Does anyone came accross this error ? do you know how to remove the “ClientName_recovery” which exists already?

Hi @sauvegarde ,

You just need to delete the existing one from Java Console / Command Center.

Then you can run 1-Touch again.
