I have 3 physical sql servers, 1 standalone and the other 2 are clustered, but none are showing up anymore in the list of clients? My commcell and index media agents are though?

 

I’ve checked client filters, but no luck.

Hi,

Were there any changes in the environment prior to the clients disappearing from the Command Center?

Could you try restarting IIS & Tomcat on the CommServe/WebServer and then confirm the results?

There were changes made a few weeks ago with a Commvault Support service agent. We had trouble with Tomcat and other issues.

I’ve restarted the IIS and Tomcat services without change.

 

 

Hey @Smartodd !  I looked up your old cases for background and see you have a new case opened for this issue.  I’ll track it accordingly.

Adding the solution:

The servers in question on TZ_ added to the front of their displaynames.
