Production Maintenance Failover/Failback issue

We had done production maintenance failover successfully from active node(ngd-dc2-cvcs) to passive node(ngd-dc1-cvcs) but failback is happening failed as following steps log.

Raised a case (230102-147) but still not in progress over last 6 days.

We upgraded maintenance relaese 11.24.78 both side but no luck. also LiveSync and replication jobs are running smoothly as per schedule but every time failing in that step during failover to original node.
