Hello,

I have an issue that all browse for vmware VMs are failed - with error - “live browse enumeration failed”

I can see that there is a mount in the MA folder for mounts (\installfolder\pseudomount\persistent\pseudodevices\

I try to reboot the cmmvault services on the MA and also to reboot the server - the mount does not get released

can I manually delete it?

Best regards

You should see two folders:

one showing the disks \pseudomount\persistent

and the other one the files/folders \pseudomount\transient

Yes if nothing is running you can delete it.

HI @LiorRN

Can you kill the Persistent Recovery job in Job Controller.

If you do not see the job, add the following key on the Commserver:

https://documentation.commvault.com/additionalsetting/details?name=%22ShowPersistentRecoveryJobsForVSA%22&id=6726

Then wait sometime and check again.

Best Regards,

Sebastien
