what is procedure for restoring Oracle RAC database restore to standalone database node

Hi Team,

Could you please share any procedure for restoring oracle RAC database to single stand by node database server

please share any procedure if it is available

we try to restore restore but we getting error

Thanks for your quick response,

We have 2 nodes and configured as oracle RAC database, Also backup configured with oracle RAC only.

we will try to restore entire database from oracle RAC database to one single standalone server.

we have already following the mentioned steps you shared. but we getting error.

Hi Damian,

Please find the below error

“Failed with Oracle DB/RMAN error [RMAN=03002: failure of allocate command at date RMAN-06403: could not obtain a fully authorised session RMAN-04006: error from auxillary database: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist]
