While accessing the partner university site I receive the following error and the “Click Here to find the possible solution for this error” page doesn’t help. The other topics related to this problem don’t give a solution except commvault employees doing something. Who would I need to contact to get this fixed?

@Aishwarya B Pillai

For any further University access issues, partner users please email TechEnablement@commvault.com. For end customers, you should contact Registrar@commvault.com helpdesk.

Chris

Hi @Chris Hollis

Even I am getting the same error of SSO while accessing the partner university. Please help in getting it sorted.

I have tried all those steps you had mentioned in your previous comments but its still the same.

@JBrand I was informed this was temporary issue. Is this now accessible for you or still problematic?

@JBrand i’ll get you sorted and report back asap.

Regards,

Chris

Hi Jbrand,

 Not having any familiarity with your setup it’s hard to say, but perhaps these docs would prove useful:

https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/expert/single_sign_on_sso.html

https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/enabling_multi_web_console_single_sign_on_sso.html

 Make sure the Commserve is a member of an AD domain and try the additional settings if applicable. A case with CV support is probably best if that doesn’t work.
