Hi All,

for all member or technical expert, we need your advice or suggestion for problem that occours while the aux copy jobs running between 2 library HPE Catalyst with a different site.

The status “ Running “, but the progress stuck at 0%, from job logs we see statement log as below;

When AuxCopy is initiated from CV, Catalyst Copy is internally created on StoreOnce.

Kindly login to source StoreOnce GUI check if you see anything in the outbound jobs. If nothing then it would indicate that Catalyst Copy is not initiated.

Also, check the HPECatalyst.txt on source MA which would log any errors with OSCLT_*

Additionally, please check the config required for AuxCopy b/w StoreOnce
