Azure VM Snapshot (Non IntelliSnap Backups) - failing with Error Code: [91:113]

Azure VM backups are getting failed with below error code, Snapshot getting created post that getting unable to read the disk.  log file attached 

 

 

Error Code: [91:113]

Hi @SSP ,

 

This error or issue occurs basically when you don't have the permission over the Disk to access and protect the data through the API call happening through the Azure Application.

Please do review and ensure the permissions are being per the recommendation on the reference: System Requirements for Virtual Server Agent with Microsoft Azure (commvault.com)

We've carefully reviewed and confirmed that the permissions have been set up as per the recommendations provided by Commvault. Despite ensuring that we have the recommended permissions in place, we're still encountering the issue. and we're continuing to investigate to identify the actual cause. If you have any further insights or suggestions, we'd greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
